Ch. or §. Quasi Appeal its Grounds and modes

Art. Against injustice in these shapes this the
Code Constitu
provision is here made by the several correspondent remedies:

1 Against refusal of apt and necessary means of proof, petition for receipt reception
and extraction of evidence.

Art. 2. Against refusal of to make take the appropriate arrangements give effect to appropriate and
necessary means of execution for securing the forth eventual forthcomingness of petition praying the issuing of
the appropriate and imperative decree. necessary to that purpose

Art. 3. Against misdecision, petition for recapitulatory examination
before a Quasi Jury

Art 4. Against groundless delay, petition for dispatch
naming the proceedings requisite.

Art 5. Against mis-execution of decisive decrees opinative
and imperative, petition for right execution

Art. 6. Against non-execution of decisive decrees, opinative
and imperative, petition for apt execution

Art. 7. On the occasion of a petition for a supply of
evidence, the party no gives indication of the source from
whence the evidence is desired, the fact the proof of which is expected from it and states the terms in
which it is his desire that the appropriate imperative decree should
be expressed: and adding in case of non-compliance petition for recapitulatory hearing of the former petition before a Quasi Jury.

Art. 8. On the occasion of a petition for securing
eventual forthcomingness of means of execution, the party gives
a indication of 1. the existence of the objects or 2. the articles in question, their general description
3. the necessity of them thus being secured apt arrangements for
securing their eventual forthcomingnessl, and 4 the terms in which it
is his desire that the appropriate imperative decree shall be
expressed, adding, in case of non-compliance, petition for
hearing, as above before a Quasi Jury.
