Constitutional Code or Procedure

Art. In case of non forthcomingness of a
means of proof If, by reason of non-compliance either with
petition for security against eventual non forthcomingness of a supply either of evidence
or for means of proof or means of execution,
misdecision or non decision, misexecution or non-execution
shall have taken place, the a Judge by whose
default misdecision or the equivalent effect of it shall have taken
place is responsible compensationally or even punitionally
under the in the judicatory by decision of the Justice Minister, if such the
failure has had been evil consciousness or temerariousness rashness
for its accompaniment.
