Constitutional Code
On the other hand, cases have place in which by precipitation, misdecision actual or
greater or or more or less probable more or less considerable probability of it is
capable of being produced in cases in which delay is
scarcely capable of itself capable of being productive of the
like effect.
To apt the Cases will Cases may at any on any
time sort of occasion have place cases in which, to the rendering pronouncing
of a due right decision, and consequently to the avoidance of misdecision
one or both of two things for the guidance of decision are necessary. These are
