§. 5. Capacity for as to Offices.
Art. 1. A Probationary Law Practitioner who has Professional Lawyer if he has
not commenced acting in quality of Charitable Advocate Eleemosynary Gratuitous Lawyer, as
per §. 4. his service being as yet confined to that of Judiciary
Visitor Inspectors, is not thereby disqualified for any office.
Art. 2. But, if he has commenced acting in that
quality the following are the certain Offices and situations there are from whence
he is thereby disqualified: namely those of These are those of
1. Judge Principal or Judge Depute permanent.
2. Registrar Principal, or Registrar Depute permanent.
Art. 3. For the following certain Judiciary Offices and situations
he remains not disqualified: namely These are those of
1. Public Pursuer General Government Advocate principal or Depute permanent:
2. Public Defender General Eleemosynary Advocate principal or Depute permanent.
Art. 4. If it be with consent of all parties, employable he is not
he is not in the situation of disqualified from serving as Depute occasional in any one
of those four judiciary above Offices. His course of partiality
