Constitutional Code

(1)
Art. 6. Excepted on the ground of preponderant inconvenience detriment to the
community at large in the event of them thus serving are persons employed in
the public service in other situations. These are –
1. Functionaries in the Legislative Department.
2. Functionaries in other situations in the Administrative Department.
3. Functionaries in Judicial Department.

Art. 4. Persons specially exempted are
1. All public functionaries belonging to the Legislative Department
2. All public functionaries belonging to the Administrative
department
3. All public functionaries belonging to the Leg Judiciary department
4. All Medical practitioners in actual exercise duly certified so to be.
5. All Professional Lawyers Law practitioners in actual exercise duly certified so to be
6. All such other classes or persons as in relation to whom whom at any time it may have
good to
the Legislature to place in this Sub Class shall have located in this list.

Art. 5. A the expence of government The Stipendiary force is armed for effective service as well as
