BRelative necessity There is not a more intolerable absolute tyranny upon
earth than would be established in England
if English Judges had their will , nor than
is actuatly established so far as the establishment
of it depends on them , and would compleatly
have been established and that not
long ago , had it not been for the faint and
precarious cluch it is liable to meet with from
the fortuitous caprice the yet remaining power of a Jury and or fleeting disention of
a Jury.
