This single fortunate word suffices of itself, to save in multitudes
of inquiries and descriptions, that might otherwise have
been necessary: unimportant and tedious descriptions respecting the different modifications
which the appointment composition of the Jury book
may be found to exhibit in at different times and different
places, and the unnumber deviations which it may be found to
present — and the different degrees of its divergency from
its the proper standard, chance in contradistinction to choice
