We have seen Judges — and Judges of the highest
rank whom [though however familiarized to all the whatever
every ideas are presented to their conception]
whose whole discourse is a sort of perception in
non loquet that text and whose eloquence, at the same time over-awed by the importance
and perplexed by the imagined intricacy of
the cause, has been is occupied in giving affecting, maintaining <add>protesting and demonstrating</add> demonstration of that
for indecision for which credit might have
been given them but no more <add>words than these have words been employed for giving information yet
at the first word.

Bronanout for Judges Judges men of the highest deputy most consummate
gravity and proportionate <add>most consummateexperience</add> prot confessing or rather professing
indecision for the aptitude for judicature does not
from this incapacity appear to bear suffer upon any diminution
in their eyes - confessing or professing indecision and to unlearned mushroom Judges compleatly inexperienc'd
mushroom Judges the Judges of a day - no expression
means of making known this so natural, so frequent<add>frequently recurring</add> perpetually recurring
state and in that status at any rate so irreproachable
a state of the mind shall be allowed!
