This burthen will either be compensated for, or as
in England, uncompensated for.

In the first case, the burthen necessary to the of affording an adequate
compensation with certain of this burthen thus transformed
and put into a pecuniary shape, will if the compensation
be uniformly an adequate one, not inconsiderable

In the other case, it being unequally unequal imposed,
it will be much more grievous. The money will be saved:

minds aggregated passion is diminished by there being
