2. A more course simple course, and in its principle
having the sanction of precedent is would be to fix for as above
ordinary practice what it is supposed is the smallest
number of Jurors that in the opinion of those in whom it depends
ought to be admitted of in any cause, but with

number of Jurymen as in English practice the
