Not that the mischiefs of aristocratic oppression have
ever on this occasion been wholly out of my view. By
the state of judicature in this country, I have so lay
in I have considered any thing I have considered
the people of this country as subjected to it in an inconsiderable
degree. But the quarter from which it
presents itself to me as flowing a paucity the opposite
from which it is presented by the imagination of the
departed sage. The order By him the cause of the mischief

of his Jury trial by the procedure, composition of the judicatory
and mode of procedure taken together.
