As to the mode of liberating liberation ridding freeing the people from it, it is no
other than that so often mentioned and to so little purpose
the removal clearing away of the factitious part of the complex load
of delay vexation and expence.

Unfortunately by this clearance it would lose all
title, and all hope, of not only of approbation, but
of endurance on the part of the Saint Sage, his brethren
their confederates accomplices confederate the man of finance and their dupes. For trial by
Jury, is trial with lawyers: and this as well in the
few cases in which that such incurably hostile assistance is necessary as
in the many in which it is as much worse than useless.
