Art. 10.VI. Affinativee function. In the exercise
of this function the Quasi Jury in a body
if so disposed, after cognizance taken of the
Judges' two corresponding decrees — the affinative
and imperative, pronounce an opinion in relation
to either or both, including any such amendments
or substitutes as they think fit, but to no such opinion
belongs any imperative effect. In case of
Appeal any such proposed Decrees of the Quasi
Jury go the Appellative Judicatory along with
those of the Judge.
As to the several forms of which in the pronouncing
of such their opinion, the Quasi Jury
have the option. See Procedure Code. Tit. Quasi Trial. So as to the particular
effect given to it, & the form of registration in relation to it. Art 11.
