Advice, the existing form is perhaps compleatly and blindly exercised.
It may be considered a moment when the mixture is not
good enough to prevent the production of the characteristic effects.

§. Constitutional law

Considered with reference to the allotment made of it power
of government, all forms of government are either oure unmixt or mixt. the Of unmixt form of government these sorts are commonly
held in view, distinguished for the number of the person to whom
those powers are allotted.

A An unmixt democracy is the form of government in which
the whole aggregate composed of all the members of the community
are considered as partaking partakers in the powers of governmt.

An unmixt Aristocracy is the form of government
in which an aggregate composed of a portion only no more than of the members
of the community, are considered as partaking in the
powers of government.

An unmixt Monarchy is the form of government in
which a single person, one member of the community possesses has
at his own command
of himself all the power of government.
