Of the Constitution in existence

I The United Anglo American States have a constitution.
They have a Constitutional Code: the Constitution is the system
of arrangement delineated in that Code.

It has for its object the greatest happiness of the greatest number.

In pursuit of that object the powers of government
are distributed alloted by it.

II The Spanish nation has a Constitution.
It has a Constitutional Code, the sy Constitution is the system
of arrangements delineated in that Code.

III. The French nation has a Constitution. It has a
granted by the Monarch. The Constitution is the system
of arrangements delineated in the instrument.

IV. The English nation it has no Constitution. It has
no Constitutional Code.
