So necessarily and so intrusively assertive is the treatment which, through
system and cool reflection subjects from by the most fortunate successful
results of sound judgement subjects are almost sure to receive at
the hands of the most intelligent Monarch, that any ulterior
suffering they may stand exposed to from mental derangement
in the same quarter is comparatively may be thought scarce
worth adding to the account. But for by the extraordinary
proportion of matter the individuals herein to have
laboured under malady in this shape and may be afforded
towards a right conception of the character of the class, and
the effect produced in the mind by power in excess.
