Constitut. Code
1. A King may at all times fear adequate instruments if he wills.
2. A King, though in general ever so weak in mind, may at some time or other be
strong enough to travel through his leaky ships.
3. As the weaker King was so weak or mad, his successor may be in any degree stronger.
4. The people who thus saw a weak and gentle King should take advantage and prevent in him to resign.
Proposed makeshift substitute for a Democracy –
a King in leading-strings – its impracticability.
