In this case, the sinister interest in so far as, in the
eyes of the personage of such transcendent dignity, it may
be have been thought worth his while to pay attention to the bestow any attenton on such a subject, it is by
his sinister individual interest including that of his favourites if any in as pointed out by his appetites and passion
by such his interests in conjunction with his prejudices and
as above, together with his own with the addition of his and their prejudices of all sorts, and

inbred weaknesses just spoken of that the substance of the several arrangements
will of course be determined.
To those this cluster of sinister interests, prejudices and weaknesses, will of
