3. Of The case of pure democracy the most longest
established and as yet the only firmly compleatly established exemplification
is that compo afforded by the half incorporated cluster of republics
constituting the Anglo-American United States
4. Of the mixture of composed of Monarch and with Aristocracy an exemplification
is scarcely to be seen anywhere.† † ☞ Examine as to the Netherlands
5. Of Monar the mixture composed of Monarchy and Democracy
an exemplification may be seen in the case of Spain: and as also
in that of Portugal.
6. Of the mixture of Monarch composed of Monarchy,
Aristocracy and Democracy is there in how
soever different proportions, exemplifications may be
seen in England and in France.
