Partly through artifice, partly through by blind imitation
almost every sort of document from by which right instruction ought to be
administered is regularly and constantly employed in the drawing
of those flattering pictures of human nature: flattering in so far
as that disposition or ascribed by of which if really possessed in the degree
in which it is represented was possessed, the destruction of the whole species
would be the consequence: of human nature without any determinate
and declared line of distinction, yet so ordered that
the favorites of fortune are the only individuals that have the benefit
of it.

In all histories in all in all funeral services in
all obituaries is the pretence of out with
the most boundless and upon those who
howsoever spoken of dealt while living, are those richly compensated
for their suffering when dead. That for the opulent fortunes of is this destined – that is by them alone it is
or can be , this is not expressly said: yet so it is,
that as to every other can any part of it ever have application.
