S.12 Pay. Minister's Pay.


Art. 1. The pay of a Minister is [ ] per day.
the same for all.

Art.2. If of the above named departments two or more
are consol look confided to the same hand, this pay for all
is no more than the pay for one.

Art. 3. When departments, two or more, have been
confided to the same hand, they can not be any one of them
separated by the Prime Minister without authority from the Legislature.

Art.4. When by the death or dislocation of a Minister
a vacancy has been produced, the same pay is due to any
Deputy of his who has officiated in his room,
down to the day on which the vacancy is filled up.

* If there be any ground for a difference the Foreign Relations Minister.
as he who seems to him the best chosen to an encrease.
