S. 13 Checks Ministers Checks
Art.1. Every Minister is dislocable by the Prime Minister,
. his Subordinates: namely by the Prime Minister
Registration, and Constitutive authority as per S.10
Art 2. by the Legislation
Art 3.by the Constative authority, proceeding
as in the case if the Prime Minister
Art.2. In the instance of a Minister, as in that
of any other functionary person, on suspicion of inaptitude misconduct in any
shape, it rests with every member of the Public Opinion Tribunal,
through the medium of the press, and in particular
of the periodical press, to put questions to him or any other person in relation
thereunto it will thereupon rest with the person or persons so questioned
it will thereupon risk intent

of the case, the Public Opinion Tribunal, and eventually the Prime
