§. 16. Remedy against oppression by Superordinates or Co-ordinates

Art. 1. Against oppression(a) in any shape by his immediate
or any higher Subordinate, Superordinate, or Super
every Subordinate has his remedy by appeal to the Prime
Minister: who thereupon proceeds as in the case of a reference
made to him with a view to dislocation as er § 15

Art. 2. To suspension or denuntiation for the purpose
with a view to dislocation, the a Superordinate, when the nature
of the service admitts of it, may substitute transference
of the Subordinate from to an office of the same grade in some
other place. This remedy may be more particularly apposite
in the case of disagreement among Co-ordinates. between Co-ordinate and the
Co-ordinate.
