§ Subordinates

§. 15 Subordinates functions

Art. 1. To the function of the subordinates in each Sub-department
the Legislature will allot a having regard according to the
nature of the business thereto belonging the Legislature
will attach the several functions herein above enumerated
to be exercised with relation to several
objects thereto belonging: namely persons things, occurrences, ordinances, arrangements
and institutions, together with any such other functions,
if any, as it may find see reason to add.

I Subordinates service and functions.

Art. 1. To the Subordinates in this their several
Subdepartments, belonging to this contained in this Sub-department to allot
their several fields of service and correspondent functions will be for the care of
the Legislature: regard being had to the principles of the
Constitution as is here laid down, and in particular
in the Army and Navy Subdepartments, as per Ch. X. §.
3 and 4.

Art. 2. In regard to functions, it will have keep in view
view mind those herein above brought to view, as belonging in general
to the the several the respective Superordinates – the Minister of
the several those same Subdepartments, as per §. 4.

Art. 3. II. Form of Service. Exceptions excepted, subjec to Dislocation and suspension
excepted by in the case of a Subordinate of any grade under
that of Minister the if his service is the term of for life.
