Constitutional Code Ch. IX Ministers Collectively
§. 16. Oppression obviated

Art. 7. On the occasion Of any such repetition mention will on the same instrument be to
be made of the case rational cause: thereof: to wit whether the continuance
of the original the cause, or the intervention of some
and what other therein specified.

Art. 7. Of which such repeated act of suspension, mention
will be made on the face of the original instrument.

Art. 8 Of such the instrument of suspension whether it be of dislocation or exemption will be
distributed as per Ch. §. disposed of distributed as follows

1. Delivered with all convenient promptitude to the dislocatee or suspendee, one.

2. dislocation Kept in the office of the Suspender, one.

3. Kept by him for his private use, one.

4. If the suspender Delivered Transmitted to each superordinate, if any, of grade
superior to the suspender's, one.

5. Transmitted to the Prime Minister, to be kept in the Records
of his Office, one.

6. Transmitted to the Legislature Minister to be by him kept with Records of the Legislature, one.

Art. 9. To Art. 10. As to dislocation (2) nature it has for its
cause the inaptitude opposed to intellectual or active aptitude
as per Art. 2. resignation in lieu of it may be accepted: not so
where it has the for its cause the inaptitude opposed to moral
aptitude.

Art. 10. Art. 11 To dislocation, suspension and or examination
with a view to dislocation either, may be substituted transference,
so it be to an office of equal grade in some
other duties whereof are to be performed not in that same
but in some other place.

is more particularly apt to be created by disagreements
among coordinates.

Art. 9. In case of suspension, an exemlar of the instrument
will be delivered to the suspendee, and another kept in the Office of the Suspender. But, unless at the instance
of the suspendee or of the suspender, no other instrument will be
transmitted, as per Art. 8, unless the Suspension be made to terminate in dislocation ensues: in which case, entry being made accordingly, transmission
will have place, as above.
