Against physical inability,
Executive Chief
keeps ready an instrumt,
locating a deputy, till
the inability is removed,
or Legislature has made
fresh choice. For such deputy,
principal is responsible.

Failing such deputation,
the functions are
performed by Legislation
Minister.

finished shall result
