Art. 16 Enactive
Art. 46. 16. Art. 16 Enactive Exceptions excepted, in no situation
of trust or talent and trust, will any person be
locable, until his age, whatsoever have been the
number of his examination years, is that, at which,
a man is entrusted by law, with the entire management
of his own concerns: say [21] years.
Art. 17 Enactive
and ratiocinative
Art. 46. 17. Art. 17 Enactive and Ratiocinative Exceptions are for consideration are
1. Army Service; the Military branch: in this
branch, an officer is locable in the lowest grade, at
the age of [ ] years.
For in this grades the functionary, though he
has the command of some, is himself constantly
under the command of others.
