§. 12 Located how

Art. 33 Art 29 27 24 Art. 33. Enactive. Deputes permanent.
Without special reason, no person who
has not been upon the General Locable list, as per
§. 12. 11 Art. 13 is capable of being located as Depute permanent
in any office belonging to this Department.

Art. 34. Enactive.
Art. 34. Special reason is where, in the Location-Instrument,
by which the Depute is constituted such, the
names of all persons on that list being by recital
or reference designated, the Locator states, in regard to on the part of
each, either his refusal, or his inaptitude, actual or virtual,
absolute or comparative: adding, in
in what particular shape or shapes it has place such inaptitude has place.

Art. 35 Art 28 28 Art. 35. Enactive.
In the Location Instrument, matter will
in this case be inserted, under all the several heads as in <add>the four first of the heads, enumerated
as per Art. 9 in the case of a person located in the situation of principal
in the office.

Art. 35 Art 29. Art. 36. Enactive.
Of the Deputation Instrument, exemplars
will in this case be disposed of, in number and destination
the same as in the case of the principal, as per Art. 9.
