Constitutional Code. Ch. IX. Ministers Collectively
§. Located who how
(1)
Art. 8. No person shall will be admitted either as principal or as depute, to the exercise
of the functions belonging to any situation standing upon the
list of official situations, in this Department, or to any pay as principal until an appropriate instrument of location
signed attested by the functionary the value the power of Locator and Locatee

lodged and by the in the records of the Office.

Art. 9. In this instrument matter shall will be to be entered
under the several heads following; namely
1. Name at Full from length of the person located.

3. Day Time, that is to say, Year, Month, and Day of the Month on which he was admitted into the Locable List.

pecuniary remuneration annext. the particulars, as above Art. annext.
6 5 7. Offers, if any, but respectively made by other Candidates whatsoever
other persons were for that same situation Candidates. and each bidder
for the situation with its pecuniary remuneration Of those offers the description will be given either designation will be
made either by transcript, or abridgement, or a simple reference to a separate
instrument, according to the as they are more or less numerous.
5. Ranks respectively assigned by to the other Candidates
if any, on that same occasion according to that same
Table.
8. 7. If preferred to any whose ranks were respectively
superior to his, Locator's reason for such mention of this, with brief indication of the grounds of preference.
9. 8. If preferred to If there were any whose biddings if any, were
superior to his, give locator's reasons for such preference.
9. Service in the quality of Depute in that same situation may
be a sufficient reason , length of such service as reckoned by day approved being specified,
together with the year month and day of the month on which it commenced.

Art. 10. Of that same instrument of location other
examples, shall be that in addition to the examples remaining in the Office will be disposed of, according to the following
destinations.
1. By The office. In and for the Office in question, will receive one.
2. By To the Locatee will be delivered, one.
3. To the person located, Locator, one.
4. For Of the several functionaries, superordinate if any such there are who
several grades, to such locating functionary are superordinate to the Locator to each, one.
