§. 13 Located, how – Deputes

☞ Correct from the marginals

Art. 3. So long as there exists upon that part of the Locable
List which belongs to the situation in question any person
who is willing to be located in the situation of Depute
no principal functionary is entitled to locate in
that situation any person who is not upon that
list, unless for special reason stating either the
non consent or the alledged inaptitude of all persons
then living whose names are upon that list, naming at the
same time the several persons.

Art Exception expected Art. 19. Without special reason, no person who has
not been upon the General Locable list as per §. 12 is capable of being located
as the character of Depute permanent in any official office
situation in belonging to this Department.

Exception Special reason is – where in the Location instrument of by which
the Depute is constituted such, the names of all persons on that list being by
designated recital principal locating states or reference designated the Locator states in regard to each
states either his refusal actual or virtual or his inaptitude absolute or compensative: adding in case of inaptitude what
shape it has place.

Art 19 Art. 3. Exception excepted, Art. 20. In the Location instrument of location
matter will in this case, be inserted under the all the several heads, as in the
case of a person located by his in the office situation of
principal in the Office.

Art. 20. Art. 4 Art. 21. Of the Deputation instrument of deputation exemplars
will be lodged in this case be disposed of, in number and destination the same as in the
case of the principal, as per §. 12. Art. 9.
