Constitutional Code.

Art. On the occasion of such demand the Pursuer
General at the seat of Government shall act officiate on the
part of Government in the character of defendant, cross
examining evidence in support of the demand, adducing
counter evidence if such there be, and making any such
argumentation, if any, as in his judgement the case may
require.

Art. Saving special reason to the contrary, any
person proffering evidence in support or contestation of
the honour so demanded shall will be received and examined.

A demand of a place in the Merit Register may be
made by an individual at large as well as by any individual
in any official situation, and by the a number of any other scale,
as well as by a number of this state.

to which belong the several processes
of the several manufactures
and other branches
of profit-seeking industry
to the operati the operations of which are liable to become
the subject matters of taxation,
restriction, or prohibition,

Votional Statistics, and International Law, as above.
