Constitutional Code. Ch. IX Ministers Collectively

Art. 5. Into this list admission will in the instance of
each individual proposed Locable be given by the a decree
of stiled the Admission decree, issuing from
the a Judicatory stiled The Qualification Judicatory. Ground of

Art. 4. On the occasion of these examinations

5. For the mode of probation, by which the moral aptitude in
respect of appropri appropriate moral aptitude, the the degree of appropriate aptitude
in the instance of each several candidates will be exhibited
