§. 14 Locable who.
Votation – sequel to –
Art. 38. By the From the result of the
votation process as above, will be framed, printed and published by the
Registrar, under the direction of the President of the Judicatories
the aggregate opinative decree by which the
ranks, of the several Candidates for places on the Locable
list say the several probationary Locables will be determined.
Art. 39. Consequent upon, and determined by the
Opinative Decree, will be the Imperative Decree, by which
order is will be given for their insertion in the Locable list, and
for the printing and publication of the same.
Art. 40. To the name of no probationary Locable
with will insertion will not be refused, on the ground of intellectual inaptitude, unless by an express decree
of the majority of the officiating Judges. In case of reputed inaptitude
the degree thereof will be exhibited by the place rank occupied by the individuals
name on the list of probationers, as per Art. 25.
Art. 41. yet So neither on the ground of moral
inaptitude. But, in the printed list, to the name of each
indivi probationer, to whom whose character conduct, on the score of moral inaptitude,
an objection has been made, a mark will
be attached: and, of what has passed on the occasion of
every such scrutiny, a record under the care of the Registrar
will be made and published.
