Constitutional Code

Evil 9. Depravation of the public intellectual moral department of
the public mind: – diminution of the aggregate stock of intellectual moral
aptitude: – namely with reference to the maximization of universal
the aggregate stock of happiness.

Proofs. The Factitious is in regard to money All persons concerned in the fabrication
and utterance of it are universe that which is counterfeit and false knowing it so to be, are
universally known to be and recognized as being
what they really are – deluders impostors and cheats, obtaining by means of a false implied assertion in return
for that which to their knowledge is of inferior value that which to their knowledge
is of much inferior value. In regard to factitious dignity
cheats and alike are all those of whom in exchange
for that general regard and respect the value of which is so incontestable
is obtained in by the exchange for those false cor not only by the
collection creation of those false certificates of meritorious conduct but by
the gestation of them. The base money given transferred
in exchange for good money, is except where it consists of
nothing but a mere promise to transfer transfer good money,
always of some value to him in whom it passes: the
factitious denominations or s now name of Prince, Duke, Marquis to him who or bears it applies it or
reads it applied or the star or ribbon to him who sees it worn
and on whom it passes for a legitimate title good till
drawn upon him for a certain portion of his regard
and respect is not of any the smallest value.

In the case of false money, the parties to the fraud are
those concerned in the fabrication of it the comparatively worthless of its being knowing that it is intended
to be passed off in exchange for articles equal in value to that
of the true money the name of which is given to it. In the case
of fictitious and fictitious dignity the the conspiratory parties to the fraud are
1. The founder functionary by whom it is founded. 2. the functionary
by whom the produce of this ideal merit is conferred and p the fallacious draught for regard and respect on the
receivers: 3. those same receivers themselves. By all these
