§. (17) 4. Dislocable, how.

Art. 1. Enactive.
Art. 1. Every Minister is at any time dislocable
by the Prime Minister.

Art. 2. So, by the Legislature.

Art. 3. Other efficient causes of dislocatedness are
the same as in the case of a Member of the legislature,
as per Ch. VI. §. 8. Art. 1.(a) For other checks, see §. 22. Securities for appropriate aptitude.

Note (a)
(a) §. 5. (22). Securities for appropriate aptitude: viz. over and above that those which are
indicate provided by the dislocability of the functionary, as above.

In the Constitutional Code, the matter of this Section
is arranged under the six heads following.

I. Character Index: containing 9 heads, under which
matter, descriptive of the functionary's title to public
confidence, will be collected and periodically published.

II. Demerit Register – insertion in case of misconduct.

III. Deportment – Rules for the direction of – visible
to all suitors.

by publicity, applied in various modes to the proceedings
of the functionary.

V. Responsibility of Superordinates, for subordinates.

VI. Extra Dispatch Book: for warranting extra remuneration
for service in that shape.

Occupying, as it the abovementioned matter does, about eleven 8vo pages,
it has not been thought worthwhile, to give insertion
to the abovementioned matter, it, on the occasion,
and for the purpose, now in hand.
