Constitutional Code Ch. IX. §. 17. Supplement
§. 12: Migration.
Art 1. Subject to migration are Public Pursuers: Government Advocates:
namely, in manner correspondent to that in which
Judges are thereto subjected: as to which, see Ch. XII
