Multiplied dislocation principle.
Another arrangement For this same cause some
mention seems necessary of another arrangement which contributes
to the same effect. This is the means of or where
no legislative power or chief with a sharesublegislative power,
and with judiciary at the same time. Of both Houses The Ministers
may every one of them be, and the great majority of them
always have been invested with the Office of Justice of
Peace in which Judical power authority is in the hands of the same
person with Administrates the judical office being
in some instances single seated that is to say either in
one hand, in others, many seated, and in proportion .
Consequences as follow the following
1. In their supreme legislative capacity they give
to themselves in their sublegislative capacity, authority to exercise
choice sots of acts by which they are in the habit of
making undue profit to themselves in a pecuniary shape
to themselves to the injury of individuals and what neighbourhoods.
Examples
1. Giving to themselves and in or their accomplices a virtual
monopoly in the sale of liquor employed . Pretence
prevention of offence. For the groundlessness of this pretence
see Penal Code the §
2. Giving to themselves
2. Giving to themselves and one another authority for the
shutting up of footpaths, excluding in so far the whole neighbourhood
from the faculty of migration from place to place.
3. Establishing in their own favour of themselves and one
another the power of killing and taking wild animals
of different sorts: the given at the time the judicial cognizance
of sport committed in to this law.
