5 Art. 5. [Indications for guidance of choice] Object of migration system obviating local partiality through self-regarding or sympathetic interest. Art. 5. The Migration Transference by choice. The migration
system has for its object, the obviating partiality and imputation
of partiality in the breast of the Judge, Immediate or Appellant through connections in the
way of all self-regarding interest as sympathy formed by him
