5 Art. 5. [Indications for guidance of choice] Object of migration system obviating local partiality through self-regarding or sympathetic interest. This for rectitude of decisions i.e. against misdecision But neither should the collateral object, viz. minimumization of delay vexation and expence be neglected.
Art. 5. The Migration Transference by choice. The migration
system has for its object, the obviating partiality and imputation
of partiality in the breast of the Judge, Immediate or Appellant through connections in the
way of all self-regarding interest as sympathy formed by him
in the Subdistrict or District in which he is Judge. Consider

avoidance of misdecision: but on this occasion neither is the
collateral and of judicature, to be neglected: minimumization, to wit, of collateral

6 Art. 6. For avoidance of misdecision as above between Sub District and Sub District one at least should intervene: So as between District and District in case of Judge Appellates. For avoiding needless delay, vexation and expence, migration to needlessly remote Sub District and Districts will be avoided.
Art. 6. For avoidance of misdecision through partiality, affection, the it will be

is performed, one other Sub District at least shall
intervene: and so in the case of Judges Appellant and their
Districts. For obviating needless delay, vexation and expence,
