7 Art. 7. Justification cause for incidental transference 1. Representation from Prime Minister, for cause on grounds assigned 2. do from SubLegislators 3. do Petition by any justiciable of the Sub district 4. do. from any other Magisterial officer of the Judicatory. 5. do, from Judge himself.
Art. 7 For incidental transference, causes justification causes
maybe as follows.
1. Representation from the Prime Minister, for causes on grunds grounds assigned.
2. Representation from any Sub Sublegislator, for on grounds assigned.
3. Petition by any justiciable or justiciables belonging to the
Sub District or District, as the case may be - on grounds assigned
4. Petition from any one of the other Magisterial Officer belonging
to in the same judication, for reasons on grounds assigned.
5. Petition from the Judge himself for reasons on grounds assigned.
Art. 8. On migration, to To minimize evil in such shapes in which
it is liable to be produced by the transference of a seat from the
bench in which it be to Judge to Judge, the effect of
which is that whence whence in the consequence formed by the Judge, by whom the ultimate
decision is pronounced, may fail of being so clear, correct and
compleat
as it might have been had the whole of the proceeding

9. Art. 9. Preventive remedy against formation of sinister connection between of Judge with Pursuer General and Defender General. Migration of the one and the other performed at different times and or to different places [Omitt the details]
Art. 9. To obviate prevent the formation of sinister connection between the
Judge on the one part and the Pursuer General and Defender
General on the other, the their several migration seasons will be so arranged
that the migration of their members of those members of the
Judicatory may not coincide in respect of time replaced with that of
the Judge. it may be made to take place, when of the Judges three years
of residence no more than two years or one year has
elapsed and when he is translated it will be to a
Judicatory different from that in which they or either of them are to

importance that the chance of registration may as far as may be
proceed in an uninterrupted course. Decision is not influenced liable to be
