§ 22. Outdoor attendance

Art. 9 Under the care of the Registrar, is kept the
Judicatory's Out Day Register, namely under the heads following an together with
any such others as may come to be prescribed in the Penal and
Non-Penal Codes.

12. Professional Assistants if any in under of the several parties, with their respective signatures names
at length with thier and places of abode written by them respectively at length and mention of made
to what parties they are were respectively assistants.
13. Extraneous witnesses, if any, taken for example or convened for explanation of the local appearances on the spot with attestation in like manner.

Art. 10. Out of this Register it will be for the Registrar
