Art. 6. In this case To give the decision this advantage the Judge by whom the decision
is framed must be the person same Judge by whom the visit to the spot has
been made
formed, or the advantage in question will not have been
reaped: the Judge principal if it to be the Judge principal that

inspecting Judge with or without such other forbearing in the of any
individual happens to afford, and the such other evidence
testimony if any taken by itself.
