§. 2 Relation as between Principal and Deputes
Art. 1. A Depute permanent so to
do is bound to
Art. 1. At the requisition of the Judge Principal, a Depute
permanent is at all times bound to hold commence sittings at the place, day
and hour so therein prescribed: and so therein as the occasion requires,
so continue for thirty any number of hours not exceeding the

that the Depute is not bound to serve judicial
service other or more severe than that to which the Judge
Principal is himself bound.
Art. 2. If, after receiving clear such requisition

erroneous in them has come to his knowledge. For any

the same remedy as for any thing the like in the
proceedings of the Principal principal.
Art. 4. For relief, against oppression at the hands of a Judge Depute permanent
