Ch. Judge Deputes permanent
Art. 5. Subject to the controul and direction of the
Judge Appellate Judicatory and the Justice Minister,
every each Immediate Judge prinicpal, from time to time by the light of his expedience,
frames regulations, respecting the manner in which
the various portions of the business of the his Judicatory, as
determined by the species of suit, shall from
have be distributed, among the several Judge Depute permanents attached to it that same Judicatory.
Art. 6. No judicial business will remain undispatched
so long as there exists upon the list a Judge Depute
permanent by whom it can be dispatched.
Art. 7. If, this be at the same time, there be chosen persons
in waiting to commence a suit each of them
in the character of an applicant(a) or as that of an informant to give commencement
to a suit, and at the same time divers Judge Deputes
permanent capable of being within call and unoccupied,
the diff several applications are distributed
among them by lot.
Note (a)
(a) Applicant. In the Code of Procedure belonging to this system
no person is received in the character of a partner
till, on a personal application made at the Judicatory
and a statement made, subject to interrogation, and
under a penal sanction equivalent to that commonly attached to the of an Oath, he has
affo so far afforded security against its being groundless,
or fruitless and or frivolous and vexatious.
