Ch. Judge Deputes permanent
Art. 8. When, in any Judicatory by any cause whatsoever a vacancy
has been produced in the office situation situation of Judge
principal in a Judicatory the Judge Depute permanent
if there be but one, or the senior in service as er Ch. XI. § if there be

to have the effect, of an engine of undue delay, vexation,
or expence.
