Ch. XIV Judge Depute permanent
§. 2 Relation to

Art. 11. For cause assigned, and subject to Appeal
to the Appellate Judicatory, and thence to the Judica as under mentioned
to a Judge principle has belongs the power of dislocating, at any
time, any Judge Depute permanent, serving in his Judicatory:
in which case the name of the Depute is by the Registrar eliminated
out of the list of formed out of the Individual Serving Register
as per Ch. XI. §. 1. Locable who

Art. 12. Of such elimination the effect is to cause
the
exclude the person so eliminated from the capacity of
being located among being located in the situation of Judge
principal: or and from that of officiating in the territory of any other Immediate
Judicatory in the situation of Judge Depute.

Art 12. But in case of Appeal although his
dislocation from that same Judicatory is conferred

Art. 13. In case of Appeal, to the Judge Appellate,
and thereafter to the Justice Minister, belong the
options following

1. To confirm the dislocation altogether

2. To annull it altogether.

3. To confirm it as to the territory particular territory in
question, annulling it as to the incapacity of serving
in the territory of another Judicatory, in which case it will be annulled
4 as to the incapacity of being located in the situation
of Judge Depu principal.

Art. 14. The of On the occasion and
for the purpose of such dislocation, the Judge principal proceeds
in the same manner as in the case of any other individual
functionary officiating in any other office: except that on
this occasion Art. 15. On this if he thinks fit, he charges
the Pursuer consigns the to the Pursuer General with the function of carrying on the suit
on the previous side.

Art. 15. If on the occasion of any particular suit, in
consequence of the misconduct for which the dislocation is pronounced
any special injury in any particular shape has been suffered by any party, the
provision will thereupon
be made by the Judge for reparation
charges and to such amount as he shall think fit, at the expence as if of the delinquent Depute.
