Ch. Judge Deputes
§. 4. how dislocable how
Art. 1. If, in any one solar year, the time service
of a Judge Depute permanent, as per Ch. XI. §. 10. Locable who) falls short of one fourth
of the maximum of a Judge principals service time during
that same period, he is not as per AlmanackCh. XII. §. 1. his name is, at the first
day of the ensuing year left out of solar year eliminated from the list of Judge Depute
permanent: an inference is deduced the it is presumed conclusion is formed being formed either than the requisite
closeness and punctuality of attendance is not agreeable to him, greater than he can endure, or
that, in the eyes of the Judge principal he is surpassed
inference in point of deficient in appropriate aptitude to his colleagues absolute or comparative.
This is in Immediate Judicatory Judge Depute so also in an Appellate.
Art. 2. In other ways, a Judge Depute permanent
is dislocable, by all the several causes of disocation
by which a Judge principal is dislocable: as per Ch. XI
§. 11.
