Art. 3. When, in any part of the Judicial Establishment,
there exists a Judge Depute permanent, who
has served for the space of a service year, no person
who has not for that same length of time, served in that same situation, for that length of is capable
of being located in the situation of Judge principal.

(7) Art. 7. In this or that Judicatory, the Legislature,
if, it sees need will if by reason of the quantity of judicial

in a pecuniary shape but charged with closer obligation to
an object among the objects of desires, afforded prospect of being
therein located, as per Ch. XI. §. 10 Locable who: and Art. 3. ensuing.
