Constitutional Code

§. 8. Pay Remuneration

Art. 1. The pay remuneration of a Judge Depute permanent consists is composed of distinction,
power, and appropriate power and reputation: and if money be looked to the situation of principal be superior power, with remuneration
in a pecuniary shape be looked to,

ulterior shape is the fruit extortion: – from willing ones corruptive.

Art. 2. That every Judge Depute permanent locatable
