Instructional – Ratiocinative
Art. 3. On this occasion, a question that which can not
fail to be made, and to which particular and sinister
interest will be eager to make answer in the negative
is this: is there any sufficient probability, that upon
such terms, under obligation of so close an attendance
and under such strict responsibility, and without any salary,
or remuneration in a any other pecuniary shape or quasi-pecuniary
shape, apt persons will constantly be found
willing to serve in this capacity, in adequate abundance.
