Art. 4. As to the aptitude not is In this case Locatees, and their moral aptitude the security for it to this it

of Lords:– in an assembly, which, in the character of a Judicatory

look in this view – look to the most highest judicatories – those of Lord High Chancellor
and his two Subordinates in Equity – look to those of
the twelve Common Law Judges – look to all Judicatories,
the Judges of which example the Kings have the King for their Locator:
look at the sort of Judges called Justices of the Peace
have also which also have the King for Locator: Look at all the other
Judicatories, the Judges of which have the same supremely seated
Locator – look at the Borough Judicatories – Look at the
Small-Debt Judicatories, in which of all of these is
any such responsibility as is here established – this – of any approach to it, to be found.+
